How do I choose my size?

It is essential to correctly measure the circumference of your biceps to ensure the greatest comfort and functionality of the cuff.

1-Take a tape measure and stretch your arm so that it is straight and relaxed.
2-Wrap the bicep with the tape measure loosely and write down the measurement in centimeters.
3-Now compare your measurement with our reference table:

Choose size T1 (XS/S) if your biceps circumference is between 22 and 24 cm.

Opt for size T2 (M/L) if you are between 25 and 29 cm tall.

Size T3 (L/XL) is suitable if your circumference measures between 30 and 34 cm.

If it is between 35 and 39 cm, we also have size T4 (XXL).

The sleeves of the package are interchangeable and there is no problem in wearing the right cuff on the left arm, or vice versa.
